We just got back from a wonderful stay. It was a little confusing finding the place. But once we figured it out it was great. The bikes were appreciated. There was no lock for them so we just kept an eye on them when we took them out. The top floor deck was a welcoming place to hang in the afternoon and nap after our fishing trip and scuba adventure. Our family was able to really relax and then go into town when we wanted some action.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautifully designed and decorated. It was fully stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies, three bicycles, a washer, dryer, and drying rack. It's truely turnkey for a family or longterm stay. Although it's outside of San Pancho town, it's a quick 10 minute walk over. It is truly a private oasis.
The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and located in a very peaceful spot. Loved the rooftop and the decor. Luxurious little paradise. Not too far of a walk from town. However, it is not the easiest to find on GPS and the check-in instructions were confusing with several different keys and codes and neighbors locking the gate. The instructions did not match the guide. There is a very loud exhaust fan that runs randomly in the night and that cannot be switched off. Management is slow to respond/not super accessible and the check-in guide was not clear about how to arrive or where to park.

El lugar está exactamente como la descripción el lugar está precioso, La Estancia fue muy agradable y cómoda, Sin embargo para nosotros que cuente con lavadora es esencial, y en nuestra estancia no funcionó Nos costó trabajo la comunicación con el Host Pero si vas sin prisa, y no te interesa estar cerca de la playa, si te recomiendo mucho lugar
En general muy bien el lugar, muy bonito todo.. desafortunadamente había un extractor de aire qué no se podía apagar y se prendía automáticamente por la noche, lo que era incómodo. Otro incidente fue qué nos quedamos sin gas una noche antes de salir, por lo que no tuvimos agua caliente ni pudimos cocinar por la noche ni en la mañana siguiente qué ya íbamos a salir. Tuvimos respuesta por parte de Arrival Getaways, pero no solucionaron ninguno de estos temas.
A beautiful house in a quiet development made us be in more than we imagined! We especially loved the rooftop where we were fortunate to enjoy the full moon on the nights we were there
En general, tuvimos una buena estancia. El alojamiento coincide con las fotos y cumple con lo que se muestra en la publicación, lo cual se agradece y da confianza al momento de reservar. Como área de oportunidad, sugeriría revisar la ubicación que se comparte, ya que el GPS nos enviaba a una dirección distinta. Una vez ubicados correctamente, notamos que el lugar se encuentra a la entrada de San Pancho, lo cual puede ser útil saber con anticipación. También queremos agradecer la atención brindada durante nuestra estancia, ya que hubo disposición para apoyarnos cuando surgió un inconveniente. En general, fue una experiencia positiva y el lugar cumple con lo esperado.
This is a great place to stay in San Pancho. The home itself is clean, is in a very quiet and nice complex with only a handful of homes, and has a beautiful pool. The beds were very comfortable which is something we have struggled with at other Airbnb properties. San Pancho itself is full of restaurants, bars, and a stunning beach. This home is a little further from the restaurants and beach than most people will probably want to walk, so we highly recommend a golf cart rental, but it was worth it due to the space in the home. The hosts were easy to work with and we would absolutely stay again.
We had a nice stay at this Airbnb. Pros: - Water is provided which is super helpful - The rooms are beautifully decorated - Everything was clean - The area is fairly quiet and tucked away - The outside area is well maintained Cons: - It feels far from town, about a 15-20 min walk (however bikes are provided) - The street is quite narrow and can be a bit hard to locate the first time - There was no hot water for the majority of our stay and the water pressure was very weak - The pool is nice but cold and there are no lounge chairs around - Little to no cooking basics are included - for example, no oil, no tea or coffee, etc. The hosts communicated very well and checked in with us which we appreciated.
The unit is well conceived oasis, built as many buildings have been rendered in Hispanic communities for centuries. A walled fortress with its back to the surrounding community. Conventional city on the outside, comfort and tranquility within. Pictures nicely portray the tastefully decorated interior. We enjoyed our stay in San Pedro for the annual Copa Coco de Pollo Operation Smile held at Tierra Tropical La Patrona Polo Club.
Exactly like the pics. Well appointed with everything you need. Pool was nice, rooftop was lovely, location is wonderful! A short stroll to the Main Street and close to the gas station for incidentals. Safe, private and comfortable. Would happily stay again.
Great stay in San Pancho! Plenty of room to relax and enjoy your surroundings. The walk into town is very manageable and offers a great escape from much of the noise of being right in town. Would highly recommend.
The instructions are not clear even when we scanned the info. Not clear instructions to contact property manager. People in complex not happy to have Air B&B guests. One of our guests got locked in the bathroom twice. Faulty lock once for a half hour. Ran out of propane, parking was always an issue. Construction going on in the the Complex. Not clear instructions or rules as to when gate is locked. Slow response to concerns. We would have changed locations but after laying out funds not feasible. The grounds are lovely once you get in but not 10 minutes from beach, in a dark back alley, need a cart to get to the beach. Very disappointed in the ad Can not recommend maybe in a couple of years when construction complete
