Beautiful location on the beach. Sunsets off the balcony every night. The bedrooms are spacious and have lots of closet and drawer space. The balcony space is large and we ate all our breakfasts and other home cooked meals there. The pool area and grounds are ideal for families.

Nuestra estancia en el departamento estuvo muy agradable. Es impresionante ver las olas tan cerca de tu terraza. Una gozada! La limpieza del departamento es buena, tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia corta o larga. Sin duda recomendaría este departamento, y esperamos tambien volver a él en otra ocasión.

This ground floor condo, which is located directly on the beach, was wonderful! Everything is very high-quality including the furniture and beds. The pool is amazing and the location is perfectly located. One block from town. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was fantastic - only issue was a real lack of communication. Tried multiple times to reach out pre-check in. Got concerned it was a scam especially with zero reviews. Apple maps did not bring us to the condo - in the end - we figured out where to go, the code to get in, and everything from there was sensational!!! it's clean, comfy beds, on the beach, gorgeous! clean pool and hot tub. Literally only complaint was figuring out how to get in and be prepared for no cell service upon arrival and trying to have a smooth check in. Would definitely stay again.

This place was something special. Having the pool just steps out one door and the beach out the other made it feel like the best of both worlds—so easy, so relaxing. The space itself was beautiful, and the deck was a standout. We spent a lot of time out there just taking it all in—it’s one of those spots that really sticks with you. Everything about the stay felt easy and dialed in. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo! Great location! Well appointed with a comfy bed (firm, but not too firm) furniture and kitchen. Awesome view, pool, blender for mixed drinks, and all the recommended food spots in the check in instructions were great. Ac kept the place comfy and the furniture on the deck made for a great stay!

When we had to shelter in place due to what was happening in PV, the people were fantastic.

We booked this condo through AirBnB who then handed us over to a property manager, Arrival Gerawsys. The condo security people had no record of our reservation. Messages to AG went unanswered. We initially thought that we had been scammed. Our Mexican driver helped us finally get in. It was a very bad experience. Once we got in, the condo was great. Right on the ocean, steps from town, very well stocked kitchen. I think the owners need to find a new Property Manager.

Wonderful stay overall. The location is fantastic—right on the beach and an easy walk to town, restaurants, and shops. The building amenities (pool, hot tub, beach access) were excellent, and the beds and ample closet space made the unit very comfortable. A couple of small downsides: the hosts aren’t very responsive through Airbnb messaging (their average response time is about 10 hours), and some questions—like a specific check-out time or an issue with the iron—went unanswered. Communication often came by text instead. The unit also doesn’t include beach chairs, while most other units in the building do. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
