Vista Magnifico at Caivama

Vista Magnifico gives families and groups room to stay together in Caivama's only three-bedroom property. A private terrace and plunge pool look across Sayulita and the Pacific, while three ensuite bedrooms, a powder room, and a fold-out sofa accommodate eight guests. A full kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer combo support the stay, with Caivama's shared rooftop, wellness, and family amenities beyond.

Vista Magnifico brings everyone together without giving up room to spread out. As Caivama's only three-bedroom property, it offers families, multiple couples, and groups of friends more private and shared space within the complex's hillside setting.

The kitchen, dining area, and living room form the center of the property. Expansive sliding glass doors connect these gathering spaces to the private terrace, plunge pool, and views across Sayulita and the Pacific. The terrace provides room for mornings outside, time by the pool, and evenings overlooking the town.

Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, giving every sleeping space its own privacy. A separate powder room serves the shared living areas, while the fold-out sofa provides additional sleeping space.

Vista Magnifico accommodates up to eight guests:

Across Caivama, shared amenities include rooftop infinity pools and lounge areas, a family pool, hot tub, fitness center, yoga space, coworking lounge, hammock area, and social spaces. Rooftop amenities are reserved for guests and residents age 18 and older; families have access to the family pool.

Sayulita brings together surf culture, colorful streets, local artisans, restaurants, cafes, and an active town center. Spend time along the beach, explore the shops and galleries, take a surf lesson, or discover the food and creative community that shape the town.

Caivama's hillside setting offers a different perspective on Sayulita. It remains within walking distance of the beach and town while sitting above the busiest streets.

Beyond Sayulita, the Riviera Nayarit includes beaches, coastal villages, hiking trails, and seasonal whale watching.

Many guests walk between Caivama, downtown Sayulita, and the beach. Caivama occupies a hillside setting, so routes around the property and town include slopes.

Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.

Elevated setting and access
Vista Magnifico is located on Caivama's ninth site level and is accessible by elevator. Caivama is a stepped hillside complex of connected buildings rather than a conventional high-rise tower. Site levels follow the elevation of the property, so the ninth site level does not represent nine stories above the ground below the building.

Occupancy
The property accommodates no more than eight registered guests. The living-room fold-out sofa is included in the sleeping arrangements.

Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay applies, with a maximum of two pets.

Parking
Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.

Shared amenities
Caivama's pools, hot tub, fitness center, yoga space, coworking lounge, hammock area, and social spaces are shared with residents and guests. Rooftop amenities are reserved for guests and residents age 18 and older. Families have access to the family pool.

Controlled access
A QR code grants access to the property and elevators. Door codes for the fitness center, yoga space, and coworking lounge are provided at check-in.

Community setting
Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of residents and other guests when using the property and shared areas.

Town activity
Sayulita is an active beach town. Guests may hear music, celebrations, construction, or community events during their stay.
