The 1,120-square-foot property accommodates four guests in a King suite and Queen suite, each with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the shared rooftop includes five plunge-style pools, loungers, shaded gathering areas, and panoramic views across the coast and surrounding hills.
Balconies Tranquillo pairs third-floor views with an indoor-outdoor layout in the heart of San Pancho. Private balconies extend the living spaces outdoors, creating places for morning coffee, shared meals, reading, and views across the village, surrounding hills, and Pacific.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and counter seating. Air conditioning and ceiling fans provide comfort throughout the property.

The beach, restaurants, cafes, shops, and central San Pancho are accessible on foot from La Esquina. Street parking is available nearby, but spaces are not assigned or guaranteed.
