The pet-friendly property accommodates four guests in King and Double bedrooms, with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer combo, plus Caivama's shared rooftop and wellness amenities.
El Umbral makes room for a different pace. Its private terrace provides space for yoga, coffee outside, or time beside the plunge pool before or after exploring Sayulita.
Floor-to-ceiling glass connects the terrace to the open living area, allowing daylight and the tropical setting to carry through the kitchen, dining space, and seating area. The layout works for gathering, reading, remote work, or setting aside time for a personal practice.
The two bedrooms remain separate from the main living space, providing privacy for couples, friends, or a small family.

Occupancy
The property accommodates no more than four registered guests.
Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay applies, with a maximum of two pets.
Parking
Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.
