Great place to stay! Will definitely come back .

Our stay was absolutely beautiful and the house is very comfortable. The one thing that we didn’t enjoy was how small the garage was and it caused a little bit of a tuff between us and the other couple staying there. Other than that it was super perfect, only a 4 minute walk to the beach and they also had a bunch of chairs for us to bring there when needed.

The house was great. Perfect proximity to the beach and shopping. Having garage access was key. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Plenty of towels. Only issue was the AC malfunctioned and the property management company was a little difficult to communicate with due to AI technology. Once I was able to speak with a person the problems were resolved. The management company then worked to fix things. We travel to Newport Beach annually, we will stay here again. The house was perfect.

Stayed with young kids during the summer. Great location to both restaurants and beach. Space was spotless and had huge beds. Felt very cozy. Parking was great.

Beautiful home and perfect for our stay (dad, mom & 4 teenagers). Home was clean, looked newly renovated, comfortable, and very inviting. The home had everything we needed especially the kitchen which allowed us to cook at home with ease. Location on 36th Street was great. Our teenagers were able to walk everywhere and meet up with friends also staying in Newport. Would love to stay again next summer!

Amazing place to stay for my birthday. It was walking distance to the beach, the host was very efficient on communication. I would love to start again!

This place was perfect for our short vacation getaway. They have thought of everything from all BBQ grill, games, beach gear and AC!. Great communication, quite, peaceful and beach/stores are just a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Host was friendly & helpful. Anytime we had an issue they were quick to try & help. the place was clean & in the best location for walking to the beach & shops! I think they mentioned this was a new unit so they have yet to fine tune it but I’m sure it’ll get better with time. Also Make sure you only have one car needing parking, it’s a big pain finding street parking for other cars. Overall., Would consider staying in another unit of theirs when I’m in town next month because of how responsive & helpful they are to work with!

They literally thought of every detail. House was in pristine condition, comfortable beds and nice quiet neighborhood to be able to sleep with the windows open. Can’t wait to come back!!
