Nice , clean first floor unit with essentials for cooking or barbequing. We went to the Resturants and coffee shops close to the unit. Nice concrete walkway at the beach.
Did not hear the upstairs people due to what appeared to be sound boards in the roof the bedroom closets.
There was some beach items, umbrella, cart which we didn’t use and several low sitting chairs. Might be night to have higher sitting chairs for older quests to use.
Easy walk to beach, quiet street and we felt safe walking in early 6-8 am streets
Would recommend a stay here for anyone wanting to go to Newport Beach.
We had one issue, the sliding door wouldn’t lock but the came the next morning to assess and found a solution for securing the door.
Great vacation
My family of 6 enjoyed our stay in Newport. The house was very walkable, just a short distance to the beach and restaurants/grocery store. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was a small park with basketball courts a block away just before the beach. Overall it was a great place to stay.
Location was nice, easy walk or bike ride to beach, boardwalk and grocery store. Beds were comfortable, ac was nice to have on the hot humid days. Overall good stay, just a few minor things like some minor cleanliness and didn’t realize the larger en-suite bathroom was attached to the secondary bedroom. Would be nice to have a bench or something in the bedrooms to put bags or clothes on, nowhere to take out clothes other than hanging in closet.
Beautiful home, very clean, and in a great location. We had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again!

Our beach house rental from Arrival Getaways was great. Cute little house with great amenities, everything was as described and it was great for our group of 4.
This location is great. I was in a stressful evacuation situation, and I thought the host would be more responsive. It was frustrating and I probably wouldn’t use this host in the future unless the home was very desirable.
