Across three levels, four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, an open kitchen and living area, and a downstairs lounge give up to 10 guests places to gather or step away. Pacific City Beach is a short walk from the door, while air conditioning, laundry, parking, and nearby Cape Kiwanda keep the coast easy to enjoy in any weather.

Sunset House spreads 2,825 square feet across three levels, giving families, couples, and multigenerational groups space to follow different rhythms without losing the places that bring everyone together.

The main level centers on the full kitchen, dining area, and open living room. Breakfast can begin around the day's beach plan, dinner can return to the kitchen after Cape Kiwanda, and the shared space leaves room for games and conversation when Oregon weather moves everyone indoors.

A downstairs lounge creates a second gathering area and includes a foosball table. It works well for children or anyone who wants a different place to watch television, play, or step away from the main room.

Four enclosed bedrooms distribute sleeping space across the property, while four full bathrooms reduce the bottlenecks that can come with a group of 10.

Sunset House sits in Pacific City, where the Nestucca River meets a broad stretch of Oregon coastline shaped by surf, dunes, tide pools, and the working dory fleet.

Pacific City Beach is a short walk from the property. Cape Kiwanda is a short drive away, with its sand dune, tide pools, surf break, and views of Chief Kiwanda Rock. Bob Straub State Park and the Nestucca Bay National Wildlife Refuge offer more room for walking, paddling, birdwatching, and time near the water.

Restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and local businesses are gathered around town. Pelican Brewing overlooks the beach near Cape Kiwanda, while the Three Capes Scenic Route connects Pacific City with more of the northern Oregon Coast.

Guests can walk from Sunset House to Pacific City Beach and parts of town. A vehicle is recommended for reaching Cape Kiwanda, trailheads, restaurants, scenic viewpoints, nearby coastal communities, and destinations along the Three Capes Scenic Route.

Off-street parking is available at the property. Public parking near beaches and trailheads can fill during weekends, holidays, and summer weather.

Three-level property
Sunset House spans three levels connected by stairs. Guests should be comfortable climbing stairs to move between sleeping and gathering areas. The layout may not suit guests with limited mobility.

Occupancy
Sunset House accommodates no more than 10 registered guests. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed, two Queen beds, a Twin bed, a Twin-over-Twin bunk with a Twin trundle.

Parking
Off-street parking is available at the property. Guests must follow the parking instructions provided in the Arrival Getaways Boarding Pass and avoid blocking neighboring properties or access areas.

Air conditioning
Air conditioning is available at Sunset House, which is less common in Oregon Coast properties and can add comfort during warmer weather.

Pets
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Dory boat activity
Pacific City's working dory fleet launches and lands from the beach. Give boats, trailers, vehicles, and crews ample room when they are moving between the water and shore.

Coastal conditions
Weather and ocean conditions can change throughout the day. Wind, rain, fog, cool temperatures, and strong surf are possible in every season. Follow posted beach guidance and use care near the water, dunes, cliffs, and tide pools.

Community setting
Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Neighborhood and natural sounds
Guests may hear traffic, neighbors, construction, wildlife, wind, rain, or community activity during their stay. Coastal landscaping and the surrounding environment may also bring insects, birds, and other wildlife near the property.
