Wonderful place to stay with family and very close to waterpark!

We enjoyed our stay! Great place with good options for socializing as a family.

The place was spacious, nice, and perfect for a family. Overall, we had a good stay. However, the only issue was that the bed sheets—especially in the main room—weren’t clean. They smelled like sweat, and there was hair on them. I ended up having to wash the blankets myself, and we couldn’t go to bed until late because we had to wait for them to dry. It’s important that the blankets and sheets are properly cleaned before each guest arrives. Other than that, everything else was great.

We came to visit our daughter at Linfield and this place was close to the college and 3rd street shopping. It was quiet even though the house is located just off a busy neighborhood street. This house is HUGE, and looks exactly like the photos, and maybe even better ! We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The conversation room was a hit with the fireplace, a nice place to get cozy and chat. We will definitely make this place a regular when we visit McMinnville!

I booked this AirBnB to visit my long distance girlfriend. It was absolutely wonderful. It is a beautiful home and it allowed us to spend very beautiful moments together. I will definitely be coming back.

This house is very cute. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. communication was great and they were very responsive. Those with pets be careful the back yard is not fully fenced.

Weekend in McMinnville We had a great weekend stay here. The property is in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from downtown. We had four couples and there was plenty of space for everyone. Lots of coffee pod options available and a nice surprise of a popcorn popper with seasonings. Would stay here again.

The home was spacious and wide open. Enough space for two families, we were all very comfortable. The home was very clean. Beds were cozy. Lots of spices/oils in the kitchen to cook with. The biggest surprise was the absolute gorgeous backyard-a large BBQ, plenty of seating, a big fire pit and green grassy lawn filled with lush foliage. We really enjoyed our stay in the cute city of McMinnvile. I highly recommend this home!

Booked this location literally day of because our other rental fell through. The home was clean, the check in was easy, and there were plenty of activities for young kids.

We had a great stay in McMinnville! The house was an easy five minute drive from downtown, great location for anybody else looking to do a friends trip to Oregon Wine Country The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had more than enough room for a group of four. Would definitely stay here again the next time were down from PDX!

We stayed at Arrival Getawasys home in McMinnville for a combined birthday/mothers day celebration. We decided on McMinnville because of it being a convenient location for our different parties and the waterpark for grandchildren. Arrival Getaways house was perfect; lots of space for adults and kids, great neighborhood, good dining options nearby, and a beautiful home. The communication from Arrival Getaways was stellar. We knew the protocols, directions were simple and the few times we needed to communicate response was immediate. We look forward to having another family gathering here.

Satisfactory Stay We stayed for 3 nights. Pros: The mattresses and couch were comfortable; Easy to get to & access; Great tub in primary suite. Cons: Home had a bit of a musty smell when we arrived; Visible mildew at bottom corners of primary suite shower; some of the white washcloths need to be retired-they had stains on them; plates were pretty worn; the paper towel roll only had a few pieces left & we couldn't find the spare in the home-had to go buy some ourselves; construction noise from neighbor house at 8:30am. Overall, not sure if I'd book here again.

Awkward layout, disorganized booking, forced into a new app Too many unfinished and downright dangerous features make this location unacceptable until significant work is done. On top of that, we were forced to use a third-party app outside of the VRBO app to retrieve our door code. Upon arrival we immediately noticed two partially filled bottles of salsa and tequila near the garbage bin (but not inside) - not the best first impression.Upon entering the house, we could hear the dryer still on and upon a quick survey noticed dog food still in the bowl, open food in the refrigerator, the recycle bin was full, open cereal in the cabinet, etc. The washer had dirty laundry piled on top.Upon contacting the owners and telling them the situation, their offer was to send someone over the next day to fix the problems. We declined this as we did not want to have strangers in the house.Despite stating that we did NOT want cleaning people over, someone did show up after some of us had left. My sister-in-law let the cleaning person in hesitantly, and they proceeded to empty and clean the dog bowl, fold the laundry in the dryer, and start a new load of laundry with the soiled linens that were piled on top. The empty bottles of tequila and salsa remined in plain sight.There are other issues which I don't have the space to go into due to the character limit here, but include:* Dangerous landscaping throughout* Odd noise monitoring device (without any disclosure)* Broken refrigerator door* Horribly bright indoor lights
