• Casa De Vigil features two beautifully appointed bedrooms designed for rest and relaxation.
• The main bedroom boasts a plush king bed, a Smart TV, an en-suite bathroom with a large glass-walled shower and vanity, and a closet. Direct access to the balcony allows guests to greet the morning with spectacular ocean views.
• The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and ample closet space.
• A second bathroom, conveniently located just outside the second bedroom, includes a glass-walled shower and vanity, providing both privacy and convenience.

• Step into the heart of Casa De Vigil and swim with the turtles! Our mural is a constant reminder - you’re on vacation! Here, a luxurious couch beckons you to relax and unwind while enjoying your favorite shows or movies on the large smart TV, but it will be hard to pull your eyes from our beach scene framed by the balcony doors!
• Central to the living space is the expansive sliding glass door that opens up to the balcony, enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow and offering panoramic views of the breathtaking ocean and beach, effectively bringing the beauty of the outdoors inside.

Rules

• Only guests who have their name on the reservation are allowed on the property – guests may not receive outside visitors.
• Wristbands provided at the time of check-in must be worn at all times while on complex grounds.
• Occupancy may not exceed 4 guests.
• No excessive noise after 10:00 PM.
• No events or parties.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed on the property.
• No diving or jumping into the pool.

Punta Paraiso Condominium Complex

Upon check-in, Security will issue each member of your party a wristband. Only guests with wristbands have access to the complex. You cannot invite someone not in your traveling party to the complex.
