Great place to stay! We had a blast and look forward to coming back!

The house and location were great, but we ran into a water heater leak on our first day that left standing water and a musty smell in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. We ended up using an air purifier and shuffling around our sleeping arrangements for most of the trip since that part of the house wasn't really usable. The host got back to us quickly though and adjusted the rate once we explained the situation, which went a long way. Recognizing that rentals sometimes have problems, I think they handled it as well as they could in a relatively remote location.

Great spot close to beach and little further of a walk to the restaurants/shops.

Place was exactly as listed and shown in pictures. The beach was a short walk as was the downtown area. Check in was a breeze and communication was great!

Perfect spot for a weekend in Manzanita!

The condo was nice, clean and in a peaceful wooded setting. Driveway was a little steep and be a challenge if icy. There was limited street parking. It was reasonably walkable to downtown Manzanita for coffee, dinner and the beach. Manzanita was a good base camp - 20 mins from Cannon Beach and 30 min to Tillamook Creamery in the other direction. Would stay there again.

It was a little hard getting in, as the lock was dead but there was a key. The location was really good but at the time there was ants but they had a pest guy come and take care of it. Arrival getaways had good communication and seemed to be working on the issues so hopefully everything is taken care of !

This was honestly one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had. There was a literal ant infestation throughout the property along with spiders, spider webs, and obvious cleanliness issues. Trash from previous guests had not been properly picked up, which made the place feel dirty the moment we arrived. We contacted the host about the bug problem and were promised some type of refund/compensation, but after that we were completely ignored and never heard back. Pest control was sent while I wasn’t there, and I came back to find the door unlocked, which made me feel extremely unsafe. The keypad also did not work our entire stay, so we had to rely on a physical key the whole time. On top of that, there are no proper window curtains, so don’t expect much privacy. This property should not be listed until the infestation and safety issues are fully resolved. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. DO NOT BOOK.

Property was goodClose to beach... beach chairs in the garage was great.The ants were a problem.. they were everywhere... i had ants crawling on me on our drive home.. i suggest a professional to come in to deal with the ant problem.. your ant traps from the store are NOT working to take care of the problem..Other than the ants property was clean and quiet.

Great stay with lots around

Loved the quiet and private neighborhood. Close to some very good restaurants and the beach, we’d love to being there.

the property was cute and close to a lot of places

The home location in a wooded, residential area was quiet. They have recently completed remodeling but there are numerous items that still need attention: a problem with sugar ants, DW that is broken, kitchen faucet drips constantly & sprayer is broken. It lack essentials like kitchen wash rags, measuring cups/spoons, hot pads. The screen door is broken; needs to be replaced. The disgusting revelation for me was finding spices & foods in the cupboard that were more than 4 years past their “best by” date. They should have been dumped in the remodel process. Arrival Getaways was slow to respond to requests for assistance. The info they sent for check-in via text was not current. I don’t know how long they have been hosting this property but they should have accurate info for arriving guests. I went 24 hours without WiFi access awaiting their response. Local property manager stopped by on Day 2 & confirmed that I was given the wrong check-in & WiFi. Disappointing all around.
