This building is brand new and has lots of security features. There are very specific things you must do to get in, use the elevators, etc. But once you have those figured out, it is great! I've stayed all over Sayulita and this is the best location if you want to be close to everything...there was a bit of noise from the town on one night, but for the most part, we couldn't hear anything. I don't mind this issue at all because walking to the square and the beach within 5 minutes is the best! The pool is probably the best you can find in the downtown area, and the on-site staff held our luggage for us for a few hours since our flight was delayed for three hours. If you want to cook, you do need to provide your own basic cooking condiments and coffee. Also, there is a filtered water system for drinking, so if you trust that, you are good to go. Otherwise, you have to buy water. The two bedrooms/bathrooms are separated, so if you are traveling with two couples or friends, it is perfect.
