Luz opens its penthouse living spaces to a private terrace and plunge pool, with natural light and hillside views shaping the indoor-outdoor setting. The pet-friendly property accommodates four guests in King and Double bedrooms, with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer combo. Caivama's shared rooftop, wellness, and family amenities extend the stay beyond the private space.
Light is central to Luz's character. Expansive glass doors bring it through the open living area while connecting the kitchen, dining space, and seating area to the private terrace.
Outside, the terrace and plunge pool overlook Sayulita and the surrounding hillsides. The outdoor space provides a place for morning coffee, time by the pool, or an evening above town.
Inside, the open layout gives couples, friends, or a small family room to gather while keeping the bedrooms separate from the main living area.

Many guests walk between Caivama, downtown Sayulita, and the beach. Caivama occupies a hillside setting, so routes around the property and town include slopes.

The property accommodates no more than four registered guests.

Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay applies, with a maximum of two pets.
Parking
Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.
