A solid choice in SP! We loved the location, the newness of the condo itself, and the rooftop pools. Arrival guy gifted us a small bag of coffee after inquiring if it was provided.
Some critiques/feedback: very basic amenities inside, particularly the kitchen (salt and pepper at a minimum!). The kitchen could use some plastic tumblers for the pool area. Lighting in living room and balcony was harsh florescent; please add some softer lighting to the living room at least. A 6-hour response time by the company isn't great while you're a current guest - we didn't need any immediate responses but it felt like it could be an issue. Lastly, the need to communicate and deal with an external portal outside of AirBnb was annoying because it was glitchy and added more work for the guest. I'm sure that won't change but the 4th time I was asked to submit my guests names was pretty frustrating. Price point was high but we thought mostly worth it - there is room for improvement here. Overall good.
Vi älskade lägenheten! Ljus, modern och fräsch. Framför allt älskade vi utsikten över havet och solnedgången och den stora balkongen. Modernt kök och fina badrum. Stor dubbelsäng. Bra förvaringsutrymmen. Saknade ingenting.
Enda nackdelen var att det spelades hög musik i någon av barerna mitt över gatan till två på natten.
Great new construction location only a block away from the beach. Everything was very clean and new as expected with a new build. Communication was good, but there was a mix up during check-in for our unit number that they resolved quickly. You'll definitely want to download/screenshot all instructions prior to arrival as there was no cell service unless you find a shop willing to let you use their wifi to access check-in info. We also found that the address given puts you too far down the street, and we had to backtrack from where we were dropped off. Just know that the entrance is virtually on the corner of the main street and the street where the front lobby access is located. Otherwise a great stay at a very nicely finished unit. The beds were comfortable, and the rooftop view and pools were also really nice. Would stay again and do recommend you book it.

Great stay very close to beach.. \nLovely condo. lovely staff. \nI think if they had a dish rack to dry dishes would be helpful as there was no dishwasher.
