Caivama sits just above Sayulita's centro (town center), only a few blocks from the beach — a short, easy walk to the central square, the sand, and all of the town's restaurants and shops. It's about a 40-minute drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Every Caivama guest has access to the building's shared amenities: three pools, including a rooftop infinity pool with a hammock lounge, plus a sun deck and rooftop bar, a fitness center, a yoga deck, and an indoor ocean-view co-working space. Many individual units also have a private plunge pool on the balcony. Please note that the rooftop amenities are reserved for guests aged 18 and older.

Most Caivama condos are two-bedroom, two-bath layouts that sleep four — great for couples or small families. For larger groups, Vista Magnifico at Caivama is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath penthouse that sleeps eight, with a rooftop pool and a private plunge pool. Ocean-view favorites include Aurea at Caivama and Marina at Caivama, both with rooftop pool access.

Many do. Units on the higher floors and the penthouses offer ocean and jungle views, and several have a private plunge pool on the balcony in addition to the shared rooftop pools. Caivama is one of Sayulita's most requested addresses, and its ocean-view and plunge-pool units fill first for the November-through-April high season — especially over Christmas, New Year's, and Semana Santa. We recommend booking two to four months ahead for winter dates. If your plans are flexible, the shoulder months offer better availability and value.
