Myself and 5 other friends stayed at this house and we absolutely loved it. Beautiful area and everything was in walking distance. No complaints about the house, it was more than perfect with so much space and everything we needed. We got there and it was amazingly clean and nothing out of place. We would love to come back to this house whenever we can.
The house was pretty clean very spacious. We appreciated the air conditioning. There were some issues that we found when we got there, but we communicated with the host to let them know about it and they sent someone out to take a look at things so they can make sure to address them before their next guests. My family, which were my three siblings, my sister-in-law and my niece, as well as my sister who went in with me to pay for the rental. We’re very appreciative of having this location to get together after not being together for eight years. Thank you.
Overall this house was a disappointment. The whole house is in need of an update. The furniture and beds were not great. Some of the pots and pans were put away dirty. Some of amenities in the photos were not actually in the house. Location was great. It was a great size to fit our whole group. For the price I would have hoped for a little better overall accommodations. Also the management company never responded to email or text.
The location was outstanding, easy walk over the hill to the beach, right next to the horse riding facility, easy access to town.
This is a GORGEOUS property, perfect for our family group to stay near the beach and also have plenty of inside space to spend time together, cook meals, etc. We had an issue with there being a pack and play in the unit (this is described in the listing, but wasn't there when we checked in), but the host resolved it pretty quickly (and was very quick in responding to messages and questions). The location is also GREAT -- right next to a small public access beach, within walking distance of some shops and restaurants, and an easy drive from others. Pacific City is also a perfect beach town -- large enough to have shops, restaurants, coffee places, and a grocery store, but not choked with tourists even when we visited during peak season in late July. Would 100% stay here again.
