The unit was great, complex very well located. Perfect for young families. Unfortunately, they didn’t mention that the fitness facility and the hot tub were not open when we booked. We were looking forward to taking turns working out while our baby napped. And the sun only shines on the pool from noon to 4:30, approximately, so we were looking forward to the hot tub. We were disappointed that they didn’t make any mentioned of these amenities being closed at time of booking.
Check in was OK, didnt get code until day of arrival!Towels awful, and other than 19 wine glasses, 2 margaritaglasses, shot glasses and 2 regular glasses, no others! No instructions on anything! Only table for more than 2 outside!
Great location
This condo complex is ideally located in San Pancho - right on the beach and an easy walk to everything in San Pancho, so no need to rent a golf cart. The unit is nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. It has a great view facing north over the neighboring property and along the beach. But it is not a head on view of the ocean, so you are unable to see the sunsets from the balcony. The only “cons” about the unit are that it was minimally stocked with cooking ingredients (coffee, spices, etc.) and that it is located directly above the public beach access, so you will hear conversations, music, vehicles, and noise throughout the day and night.
Beautiful condo and great location to walk to beach and all of the restaurants.
We had a fabulous stay. The condo was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is great to cook in. It has a great view of the beach from the master bedroom and the living room area. The private entrance to the beach is wonderful. The pool area is serene. It’s in the best location and a minute walk to all the great restaurants. The hosts were super responsive.
Très bel appartement , très bien situé au cœur du village et directement sur la plage, belle vue sur la mer. Par contre, à notre arrivée nous n’avions pas d’eau pour la première soirée et jusqu’à midi le lendemain. Ce problème était dû à un bris dans le bâtiment donc cela ne concernait pas seulement notre appartement . Du plus le jacuzzi était défectueux toute la semaine , le coin piscine était donc moins joli avec du rubian jaune autour et la chute a débordement non fonctionnelle. Le village de San Pancho et tout à fait charmant, plein d’options resto à distance de marche. Le vagues étaient très fortes au début de notre séjour mais ça s’est calmé par la suite et tout le complexe est propre et tranquille. Nous avons adoré notre séjour
Slice of heaven We had a lovely stay at this condo. San Pancho is a beautiful, welcoming town with so much to offer. The location was perfect with beautiful views of the beach. The WiFi is spotty, but there’s no better place to disconnect from life than in San Pancho. Communication was quick and easy — and everything we could have needed was there for us! We will certainly be back.
